Should I be concerned??
I placed an order for a leather strap with Camille Fournet back on April 28th, and I havent heard a peep from them since I got the original order confirmation. I tried sending an email to their support, asking for an update on an ETA on when they think it might ship out, and the email was returned to sender? I even tried to reach out to the point of contact they posted for correspondence via whatsapp, nothing. Anybody in the U.S. recently place an order with them? What was your experience? Any suggestions for reaching them, or at least, getting a response?

That’s odd. My understanding was they made the oem straps for Patek. I once ordered two from them and picked them up at their NYC office but it appears that might not exist as google says closed.
Could always call your credit card company I guess?

I'm going to try and call them tomorrow, hopefully whomever answers the phone can speak some english. If I can't get any sort of satisfactory answer on an estimated ETA on my order, then yeah, I'm calling my credit card company

Good luck with it. Hopefully you'll get someone. I haven't ordered from CF in years but had quite a few problems with them getting the order correct. That's why I stopped. For about the past 6-8 years, I've used Jean Rousseau in NYC (they're in Paris too). JR has made custom straps for the FP Journe boutique, the Lange boutique, and others. Very happy with quality and service, and they make the straps domestically if you're ordering from here, which makes it easier to resolve issues.
