Just came across it on another forum. They're a series of Nose Art pieces from WWII produced in limited editions! I really like the guitar one (Lucia). Sorry about the slow response.

Just got my BLRO, have a sub from last year, now it’s a black Daytona and the gold Daytona on oyster flex with the Newman dial. That’s probably the next 3-5 years worth of watches for me. Maybe something from Tudor if they did a BB58gmt. Once i get those im ready to move on.

I always wanted a modern sub, Daytona and gmt. My goal is to get a vintage Red sub, 1675 and 6263 to have both the modern and vintage to match. Red sub and 1675 are within range but a 6263/6265 is out of range for me at this point.

Love it! This appears - at least in this picture - to be thinner than most Grand Seiko's. Post some pics once you pick it up please. Awesome looking watch.

I am absolutely loving Seiko and Grand Seiko of late!

Two of my faves right there! The Z Blue is as cool as it gets and the Explorer II is just perfection....as evidenced by the fact that they made only minor modifications to the 50th anniversary model, rather than a wholesale change. Black or polar?
