Half a year ago I quit smoking and only gained 5 kg. The paws also took on. Left up to 19.5 cm and right up to 20 cm. In Batman I had to add the last link, and with Datejust I use an unbuttoned Easylink. Bloody heat ...

Yes. Drove me crazy. And the primary reason I sold it.

Wish the easy link adjusted just a little less then it woukd be helpful. Needs to add about a half link, I could never get it right on a Daytona. One of the many reasons I don't wear a Daytona.

Also, every wrist changes sizes on a 24 hour cycle just like your ankle do. However, they are opposite times of day with wrists ( and hands) larger in morning and ankles at night. Some people it is a large change, others smaller. That is why rings on fingers are tighter in the morning when you wake up. It is from gravity and position of the body upright or supine.

Pretty standard. It's pretty humid in the summer where I live so any watch without a glidelock gets pretty loose in the Winter. Reasonable price to pay for not turning my hand blue when I inevitably swell up during the summer.

lol I’ve been telling myself that for awhile! Seriously yes heat related swelling is 100% a real thing. My glidelock on the DSSD is a lifesaver.

Happens to me, too. Glidelock has been a blessing. With my last watch, I could not wear it with certain activities as my wrist would swell so much that it became uncomfortable (as it had no micro adjustment.)

I'd like an OP in the near future but definitely could not wear it doing the same activities I do with my Sub.

I think it’s redistribution of water in one body
Let my 16570’out a notch a month ago
Put it on when I get up and I feel it moving around as I head for
the coffee
By the time I take my first sip it’s right again

I bought a Datejust 41 and the watchmaker took 1 link off with the Easy Link open so I can tighten when it is cooler. However on the drive home it became clear that my wrist got bigger. So I added the link back and closed the Easy link.
Seems perfect now on my 7.5" wrist and I had to open up the Easy link the other day when it was 31 Celsius outside.

Happens to me.

The easy extension on my DJ41 is great for the swelling but my BB Chrono doesn’t have it. That’s my biggest, and only, gripe with the piece.

Mine swell somewhat when I start work. I adjust all my bracelets to fit in this condition. When I'm not active they are loose. I just leave them that way. Never end up adjusting them be it hot or cold. Summer or winter.

This technique has worked for me for the last 40 years.

My wrists expand 1-1.5cm throughout the day. Pretty annoying unless I’m wearing a guidelock watch like a sub, but wearing anything with rubber is annoying for me
