Does anyone have recent experience communicating wit my CF over bespoke orders? I’ve had difficulty getting replies over order inquiries to get advice and opinion about a design I am trying to create. Have tried email a few times, website contact and what’s app. Not easy to call them on my end so figured off line contact would be easy to go back and forth. Any opinions? For example I’d like to see real swatches of color etc as the configuration is nice but is a digitized example.

I exchanged emails with them about a month ago, about a custom order strap.
I believe there was an email message center within their website. It did take a couple of days for them to reply, in part, I’m sure, due to the time difference. |
