Took her to the most LEGENDARY Steak House in Sydney for her birthday!
Anyway here we are! Let’s get our steak on!
 She ordered a Mandalini and I had New York, New Mull! A layered New York Sour, with shortbread infused rye whiskey, lemon juice and a mulled wine float, wow, sooo good  For entree I ordered the King fish and the scallops  Scallops were next level- Mooloolaba Scallops  Matching   Ok let’s stop messing around and get to the steak, spoke to head chef and asked what he recommended for steak cut , he said why don’t you let me make a tasting selection of finest meats with a mbs score of minimum 9+ ! Sounds good chef, steaks are on!  Omg looks so good, just some broccolini on the side , and some dipping sauces if we need them which I doubt :)  David Blackmore Fullblood wagyu 600-day ration fed. Ohhh lord Jesus! Every bite was ecstasy, so tender and delicious!  For dessert she got the cream brûlée with lychee sorbet, I just had a coffee!  And a lil something extra for the birthday girl
