The marketing, labelling, hype, press views and public opinion less so. FWIW, I’m wearing a 42mm Exp II as I type this and the main view on most forums is it’s a big watch. I’m actually astounded how neat it is due to the relatively thin case and wrist hugging profile. Feels smaller than 40/41mm I’ve had from other manufacturers.

Easier said than done these days but I’d ignore the social media photos and press and try on the ones that appeal - the numbers don’t tell you how they feel and look.
I’d second that on the Exp 2 - I’ve not measured myself, but note that the actual measurement of the bezel diameter is reported elsewhere as 41.4 mm.
