2005 Rolex 16610LV F Serial Submariner Date Kermit MK4 Lime Green Bezel Insert

For sale is a near mint condition 40mm stainless steel Rolex Submariner Date Anniversary “Kermit” MKIV. The 16610LV is a F serial, circa early 2005, and is accompanied by a Rolex travel pouch and manuals, but no box or papers.

The Rolex features a brushed steel case, which is accented by an unidirectional steel divers bezel that is set with a lime green B3 bezel insert. The Submariner is mounted on its original 93150 brushed steel Oyster bracelet, which is secured by a safety lock deployment clasp. The bracelet contains 10 full size links, excluding the three divers extension links, and will comfortably fit a 7.5 inch wrist. The 93150 Oyster bracelet is set with a “MA1” clasp code, which corresponds with a production date of January 2005. The Submariner features an “Oval O” black maxi dial with applied white gold surround luminous hour markers, polished white gold luminous hands, and a magnified date window aperture at 3 o’clock. The movement used in 16610LV is the Rolex Caliber 3135, which features approximately 48 hours of power reserve, and was overhauled prior to listing.

The Rolex’s case has been preserved exceptionally well and contains evenly thick lugs, which retain crisp chamfers. The Oyster bracelet has stood the test of time well, containing minimal stretch, and remains in approximately 90% plus condition, while the coronet on the clasp remains crisp. Overall the Rolex is in near mint condition, and is fresh from a movement overhaul at a Rolex certified service center, with the only signs of previous wear being some faint marks on the bezel insert.
