Tudor (Pelagos) bezel diagram?
So - this happened. The how and why doesn't matter. Nor is it really necessary that I get a bezel diagram, but I am curious as to what all I'm missing still. I've also got 2 little springs and a small, cylindrical piece of metal that was at the 2 o'clock position. Ceramic insert is snapped, so I imagine this won't be cheap. As such, it'll likely be a while before I send it in, because I just don't care enough about having the bezel.

Ok, managed to get it back together.
- Case - 4 springs (I only found 3) - Spring at 2 has a metal piece with a nub sticking up…I believe that determines the one-way rotation. It’s easy to tell which way it goes…one side of the nub is ramped, allowing the bezel to rotate. - thin metal…shim? There’s a slot at 2 that aligns with the nub. This shows you that the nub can only be placed in 2 positions: correct or incorrect. - then you’ve got your clutch plate that sits on the underside of the bezel. - then you’ve got your bezel and bezel insert. - inside the bezel is a plastic-y white piece that serves as your friction fit piece between the case and bezel. What I overlooked was how/ where the bezel was placed so that the hard catch was at 12. Mine’s off, at 11:58. Regardless, it’s back together. Only my bezel insert is cracked and I’m missing a spring. |

Decided to fix the hard catch yesterday, because it was bugging me. So, went ahead and took some pictures.
First is the hard catch point on the clutch plate thing. It's deeper than all the other and aligns with the pin at 2 o'clock when the bezel is set properly. There's also a pin on the bezel that aligns with the 12 o'clock position. My bezel insert wasn't placed properly, which is why my hard catch was at 11:58. Here's the little nub that catches the ratcheting ring. Mine's rather dirty. and this is one of the springs...there are 4 of them. I've only got 3. Hard to judge size, but they're about 3mm long by 1mm in diameter. |

The 'bezel insert' is not designed to be removed.

Like a good old wine - Thank you
Hi,
This is my first post on the forum that I found by chance while looking for a solution to my problem. Anyway, sincere greetings for Canada ! 2 years after the 1st post, this thread is probably going to save me. My Pelagos black Bezel insert broke and I bought a new one, of course simple things can become surprisingly difficult. I took off the bezel and found myself with all the pieces described above and a very bad shaped white rubber joint. After trying hard to fix it, the white rubber broke in 2. Was not my day… But the new bezel Insert is in place Questions : - can I buy the white joint somewhere ? What should I look for ? - can I assemble the Bezel back without the white rubber joint ? - Is there a way to clip the Bezel back ? Position to respect (except the 12h position) ? Just push strongly the Bezel back on the watch ? If you read me, Thanks for your help ladies and gents ! |

Wow, that’s a lot of parts for a bezel. Not a great design imho.
