The RockRolex and JJ GMT II Editions.........

You have to love Ed's devotion to the quintessentially classic Rolex combo, a black bezel GMT II on an oyster bracelet. Been over 2 years since I've sported my 16710 w/ a black bezel so I ran down to my watchmaker for a quick change.

JJ, on the other hand has an adventurous streak and like me enjoys bending the rules as long as no one get hurt. The super jubilee and black bezel combo are a great match. So here's one JJ.

Had to do a double take on this photo. The red GMT hand is hidden under the minute hand! Almost looked like a sub LOL

I saw that too, but the bezel is unique enough, and with the Jubilee this is a wonderful combination. I like it!

Best,

Both are great bracelets, but I love the slinky feel of the jubilee bracelet

Beautiful pics, Dan. But, uummm, No!. Sorry to be a party pooper, but the original still looks best IMHO. OTOH, you've got the right head, and that's what counts most. :thumbsu p:

Ed, your dedication to the classic Rolex asthetic was my inspiration. The black bezel/ oyster bracelet combo has a commanding presence.

Fits like a glove, no mods. Been wearing the super jubilee/ GMT II combo on and off for over a year.

Superb picture taking, Dan. Looks great with the black bezel - have to admit that I'm partial to the oyster bracelet.

Both look fantastic, Dan.......thanks for sharing.

But, I have to admit, that Jubilee makes the watch look so sleek and dressy!!
