Breitling broke 3 times in less than 2 years.

The one and only watch that I ever bought from an AD in 2017 had broken twice in less than 2 years. Is it because it has a chronograph? It’s a super avenger 2. My Rolex, Panerai and Omega have never given me any issues. What’s going on?

did you have to fix on your own dime, or is there warranty still? chronographs are always difficult to make reliably. even AP ROCs go wrong all the time

I had similar experience - my superocean 36 stopped working in the first two weeks of ownership. Another lady I know with the same watch had hers go a month after mine, though I think she had hers maybe 6 months by then. It turned me off of breitling - well, that and the fact that I couldn’t just return / exchange rather than waiting 4 months for warranty
