The Patek Philippe 17 LEP PS caliber which I mentioned.

Even though it's not complicated, I love the high-level finishing of the bridges and gears, the fine swan neck adjustment, the double Geneva seal, the gold screws to avoid contact between the caliber and the caseback, the wolf's teeth typical of these mechanics. Everything is at the highest level of quality... and then that two-tone sector dial completes the masterpiece.
