Rolex datejust questions

1) can you overwind a brand new 2023 Rolex DATEJUST 36mm

2) once the watch has stopped working... how many winds/rotations until it is fully wound/charged?

3) are watch winders (that keep your watch moving/rotating when you're not wearing them) a good idea?
was thinking of getting a winder as I go a few days not wearing the datejust most weeks... so thought id get a watch winder to keep it functioning. however ive heard mixed reviews, some say yes they're a good idea... some say they're a bad idea and adds extra wear on the movement and aren't a good idea.

You can't over wind an automatic watch. Not sure how many rotation but about 40 to 60 probably. You might feel or hear the winding sound slightly different when fully done.
Not need for winder imho.

All good mate, not to worry. An automatics mainspring once fully wound just spins within the barrel. It only gets so tight then slips to prevent just that. If it didn’t there would be millions of broken mainsprings. Now watch winders are something else.

Unless your watch is an annual or perpetual calendar there really isn’t an upside to running a watch 24/7. That would just bring a service interval closer and put more wear on pivots and teeth on each wheel.

Movement will not let you overwind, 40-60 winds as mentioned above, and I’m another that doesn’t bother with winders.
