I wouldn't let something like this prevent me from buying a FF, in fact I didn't and bought another FF even after the bezel issue. If it really bugs you, just get a newer FF, maybe a Ti model. On another watch the same hit would have been a huge scratch, dent, or maybe a cracked ceramic bezel so i don't see this as a particular problem and the sapphire bezel is awesome.
