Help with Submariner repair Los Angeles area

Hello
My Submariner is running slow, it is a 2018 model. On the Rolex website service locator I found the LA service center. Problem is they don’t accept watches that are mailed to them. I live North of LA and would like recommendations on an authorized Rolex repair store that accepts watches by mail. Thank you in advance for any assistance

Beverly Hill RSC is easy to deal with and does good work. The Geary’s boutique in Santa Monica does has Rolex certified watchmaker and did a great job on my 16710 last year. Ask for Daniel who is the store manager. Wonderful guy.

Weird, the Beverly Hills RSC doesn’t accept packages? I would still suggest them first even if you have to hand deliver. The independent also sounds fine.

Thank you very much for the recommendations, greatly appreciated. My Sub is running approximately 5 minutes a week slower than IPhone time. Once again, thanks for the help.

I'd say make the trip to RSC Beverly Hills vs. putting your watch in the mail. Guess it depends on how far north of Beverly Hills you live.

Rolex Service Center Beverly Hills is your best bet if you live in LA! It can take a while to get your watch back, but worth the wait (and drive) knowing that your watch is in good hands.

Try Polachecks in Calabasas.

Call Tom. You can ship watch to him. I trust him 100% and he rebuilds and repairs all my watches.
