I don’t always agree with you on here Peter, but a post like this is a very powerful reminder that what we talk about on here is nothing more than frivolous inconsequential nonsense in the grand scheme of life. I genuinely wish you all the best.

This was a tough read. Sorry to hear Peter! Best wishes on you health.
I have seen your posts everywhere for 14 years now, a lot of them bashing the new snowflakes that enter the forum which always gives me a laugh. I sincerely wish nothing but the best mate and hope you're with us a while longer (not in pain of course)

All the very best to you Padi. Hopefully with Spring just around the corner, there will be loads of jobs in the garden and your Bonsai trees will no doubt be all the better for some of your green fingered magic.

Take care Padi.

Seadweller

I have been wearing various Seadwellers on recreational and professional dives since the early 1980's and have never even considered the possibility that it would flood and none ever have.

Sorry to hear that, Padi. You always have a down to earth response to questions and problems that seem terrible, but in fact they aren't so big, after reading your replies... Stay strong.

will put in a prayer for you - you provide so much little known info on this forum - whenever a new nickname pops up in a post, I scroll down to see if you've responded - take care and thanks for the unscrewed crown story

I don't know you at all but this post moved me for many reasons. I find it interesting that on a luxury watch forum, of all places, we discuss that time is our most valuable asset.

I wish you serenity in the remainder of your life journey.

Padi, so sad to hear of you situation. i've lurked here for quite a while and as a diver with only a couple hundred dives, I've always enjoyed your posts. I'm a two time survivor and I'm still terrified at every yearly check-up/scan. Your courage and attitude is truly inspiring. thank you.

Well thats a bonus for me glad you have learned something, my old brain now is like a cupboard full of information, but now takes a bit longer to access it.
