I like most of them but can't stand the Patek adverts in some of them. The smug in-bred father and son combo's that they seem to love to use make me want to vomit

WatchTime is the best.

I agree with the comment about the Patek adverts. I have daughters not sons. Does that mean I can't buy a Patek. (Just my rant).

Ha HA! I didn't quite know what to think about those ads except they are rather bizarre. There's something not quite right about them.

When I buy my holy grail Patek one day, it'll be in jeans and a Hard Rock T-shirt - and my son will get it when he appreciates the value not because I'm caretaking it for him.

My vote is for Watchtime, although this past issue did nothing for me. The two before that had great Rolex and Panerai goodies to read.

Has anyone seen Revolution? I just picked one up last week it had a Pam 312 on the cover.

In addition to WatchTime I read every issue. Great mag. Lots of ads, but excellent technical articles too. That issue also came with a "Basel Superstars" supplement that was super nice. I saw the AP ROO "Montauk Highway" in the that issue for the first time and had to have one.

Haha! Love it!

I agree, totally alienating to those of us who don't fit their preppy vision of father-son. There is also something inherently wrong with 16 year old boys who dress like a mirror image of their dad...you're supposed to be discovering yourself through a serious of very badly judged fashion mistakes at that age!!!

If I had that kind of money, it'd be a Lange on my wrist...

It's all about target market.

Different for Patek than it is for Rolex; Patek play more on their heritage.
