my new Casio!

Hi all
I need a chrono function for my next test, so I headed to a discount store. I picked up a casio for about $30 canadian.
Today i spent some time to set it. it has calendar up to 2099, it can keep track of time on 2 zones, it has an alarm and you can even adjust it to buzz on a given date of a month or everyday! and of course a chronometer ...very smart watch.
just thought what would have happened if rolex or patek could incorporate this genius in their watches. Im sure this will happen, we will see complicated watches controlled electronically!

Padi Edit
And what has this post got to do with Rolex watches this is the Rolex watch forum. And its clearly stated on forum header Rolex watch topics only, post moved to correct froum.

Stunning watch, wear it in good health. Love that it is a chronometer. Maybe one day we can hope Rolex does incorporate some of the genius, but until then, there is always Casio. Another watch added to my wishlist.

Very cool watch, indeed The Casio on my wishlist is the G-Shock Riseman. Solar, Atomic, twin sensor, just a great watch for the pool or outdoor adventures. Wish stores here sold it so I could go check it out in person but will just have to eBay one when i'm ready Anyways, enjoy your watch man, part of me always liked those digital watches espectailly from back in the day.

Nice watch, but I have to ask...

Looking on Casio's website, they claim +/- 15 seconds a month. Is that accurate? I've never had a quartz go more than 3-4.

I have an Atomic Solar G-Shock that I use for running. It is a great sports watch.
