New Justdate only getting 36 hours
My new datejust on a full wind is only getting 36 hours before stopping. I’ve wound it fully several times. The last time was 60 winds. Most it’s lasted is 42 hours. Does it need to go in for service? It’s a 2023

Assuming you mean to say a DateJust, I'd say it needs to be looked at as it's supposed to have a 70 hour reserve IIRC. Get it done under the two year warrantee period (is it 2?).

When you say new, is it a CPO, or just preowned, but new to you? Either way it should be under warranty. Send it to RSC.
