When the Dealer sends it in, they are the customer, and you will not get tracking information or even be able to check on your watch while there.
What you can do is insist on agreeing to the Rolex estimate and charges, and not use the Dealers data. It is up to the RSC to put together estimates and required as well as recommended actions which need to be agreed to before work is done. The AD just might approve everything and some things you may not want done.
