Where are all the NWA’s?

Hey everyone

Maybe it’s me but I feel like the NWA’s have slowed down way more than expected for the typical summer Seasonal drop.

I see a steady stream of Rolex’s in the Rolex chat sections but feel the Patek and AP has kinda hit a wall.

I do know a few members have got some bangers and not dropped them in the chat yet “you know who you are lol”

Sorry, can't help you there. Wife's 38mm ROC was the last for the year. Waiting for the 150th....

NWA's certainly do seem to have slowed down. But there was just a huge rush of incomings right before summer, and now it seems like we are waiting for production to ramp up again before pieces are shipped out.

I've always seemed to get my big pieces at the end of September so lets see what happens this year.

I was told they shut the factory down sometime in May to prepare for the move so anything that has been sold since then are pieces that have been “lying around” and not new production. Reopening the factory sometime this month.

Maybe it's the angle but that 15510OR looks the best of that lot.

Here is the new factory site. Just down the street from HQ. Production is not going to increase much. They have multiple locations around the valley and this new facility will bring everyone under one roof. That is the reason why we haven't seen many incomings lately. They are busy moving in over the summer. There will still be a workshop in Geneva and the complications workshop in Le Cocle.

Don’t give up things are actually getting better than ever. Also depending on the size of your wrist look into the 38mm ROs or 37MM ROOs. Shocking how large they wear and seem to be easier to get allocations for.

Yep….. I’ve always found the 41mm RO too large for my wrist preferences. ( 7 inch wrist )
The redesign that the 15550 received has it wearing larger than specs would suggest.

Photos are deceptive but I’m a happy recipient of the grey dial from AP house West Hollywood this summer after a 9 month wait.
