Icon5 Hamilton Watch Co?

Anyone wear Hamiltons here? Just ordered my first Hamilton and am excited to receive it in the few days.

Wearing my khaki field mechanical white dial right now. One of my favourite pieces. Got it on a crown and buckle coyote nato :)

Love white dials. How does it look with the coyote C&B strap?

Recently got one, Hamilton Pilot Pioneer Mechanical, very neat. 80hr PR, manual wind and it was 50% off the MSRP with 1.5YRS warranty left, unworn basically. Great deal for a great watch. :)

Oh very nice. Never seen that model before. Like the leather strap along with the dial.

Love my Khaki Field Mechanical. It fits like a glove on a Shell Cordovan strap from Fluco. It goes on my wrist Saturday morning and stays there all weekend

Thank you, that is the standard Nato that comes with the watch. It's a bit firm and does not feel like your typical high grade leather but works just fine and will get a nice patina soon.

It is really petite, mind you. 36mm is the width from 9-3 and only 33 mm from 12 - 6, 41mm lug to lug.

I have no problems with that but some might, this is my sea, land & air collection in the manual wind section. :)

Girlfriend bought me this one in Hong Kong in 1991. Quartz movement, only 33mm case size, but I wore the heck out of it for a few years. Some humidity damage, crown seems disconnected from the hands and crystal is cracked, but the seven-jewel movement looks ok. Probably not worth fixing up though. Inside it says case made in Hong Kong.

Some great looking Hamiltons here! Love the white dial on Coyote and the black dial on Fluco. Didn't realize anyone on these forums wore Hamilton.

I am a big Hamilton fan. I like some of the retro models and larger case sizes.

My wife bought me a Ventura over 25 years ago. It re-sparked my interest in watches. Also owned this Hamilton chronograph.

Still considering the Hamilton. Love to see more Hamilton watches. Leaning toward a white dial Khaki mechanical.

My favourite of the Hamilton line! Of course, I'm a bit biased! Super legible (more so than any Rolex - and I've had them all). Also incredibly svelte on the wrist. Very clean and crisp dial. Printing is nicely raised and overall the watch is finished to a very high standard (given the price-point).

How does the default brown leather strap hold up? Is the strap decent quality?

Didn't realize the numerals were raised up a little on the white dial.

I'm not a huge fan of the nylon/leather nato that comes as standard. Mine is still in the box - never used

They appear to be quite durable though, given the construction.

I much prefer my other Nato's - this thing is a strap monster! I've become a massive fan of Crown&Buckle. Premium quality and reasonably priced

And yes, it doesn't show up in images so much, but the hour numerals are raised text. Hamilton text, minute marks, lume surrounds and 24 hour track are all flat text.

Congrats brother! Looking great! I was surprised at the build quality too! Their QC seems quite good. And that hand winding is lovely! Gorgeous feedback :)

Wear it well!

More than almost anything I own, my Hamilton makes me smile every time I take it out of the box. For me, it's a real upside surprise.

My first auto was a Hamilton Pilot. Because a Big Pilot was simply a dream at that point. Have 3 others now. Most recently, my wife got me a Murph. It gets more wrist time than anything. 80hr PR and loses less than a second a day.

Love the Hamilton brand. A little bit different, but here’s the one in my collection.
