Buying watch in Dubai ?

Hello TRF,

I plan to buy a Jaeger Lecoultre at a second hand watch shop in Dubai.
Price seems really good and a little too good to be true. Asking price is around 21k€ and is usually around 28k€.
It’s not an in demand watch at all.
They offer 2 years warrantly on all pourchases.

I never bought anything in Dubai.

Does it seems strange or market is that bad that they really offer good deal ?

Tell me if I am missing something here …
