VC Overseas Everest - case titanium or steel?

Does anyone know if the case is made of titanium or stainless steel?

some say its all titanium except the ring under the bezel, others that only the darkened parts are titanium

the weight 108 g suggests it is titanium

It's Ti like you said aside for the ring under the bezel.

Both pieces are terrific. I LOVE them. I wear the dual time more often though.

Are there noticeable differences in texture or finish between the darker and lighter parts of the case?
