Schwanke Dixon in Milwaukee came through just in time

Hello guys and gals! I keep reading lots of bad stories about ADs so I wanted to share a good story for a change!. I bought a Rolex Submariner Bluesy from Schwanke Dixon here in Milwaukee last year for my wedding anniversary and they absolutely delivered. It was a very memorable experience. It was on Halloween day and Charlie went out of his way to make it feel special. He also gave me a box of Rolex chocolates that did not make it home :-). Top notch customer service!

Fast forward to now, I told Charlie I was looking for a special gift for my brother’s wedding. I know my brother likes watches but wasn’t sure what to get him. He has been wearing a Citizen Skyhawk for the last few years and I wanted to get him something nicer. He is left handed so the Sprite came immediately to mind. I let them know. I thought it was a long shot as it’s not an easy watch to acquire and the wedding is coming up in a few months.

He emailed me shortly after my original inquiry and told me to come in. We had a good chat and even included a gift with the Sprite!. I ended up walking away with a prize I’m sure my brother will cherish forever, no golden ticket needed. Just wanted to say thank you to Charlie from Schwanke Dixon for making it happen. If you’re in the Milwaukee area, Charlie is your man!. Happy thanksgiving everyone!

You

Does your brother wear 'left hand drive watches'?

I would imagine they might take some getting used to.

By the way it’s Schwanke Kasten. Dixon is Charlie’s last name. Either way, he will take care of you!.

What an awesome experience! It’s so refreshing to hear a positive story, especially when it comes to finding that perfect gift for someone special. Charlie at Schwanke Dixon really went above and beyond to make your purchase memorable, from the personalized service to securing the Sprite for your brother’s wedding. It’s clear that they truly care about their customers, and it’s great to hear that you had such a seamless and rewarding experience. I’m sure your brother will absolutely love the gift, and it’s great to know there are ADs like this out there! Thanks for sharing, and happy Thanksgiving!
