If you like blackened spicy steaks, this is the cajun ribeye rub from Morton's of Chicago. I could eat one of these bad boys every day!
Morton's Cajun Seasoning Makes about 2 1/2 cups •1/2 cup paprika •1/3 cup salt •1/3 cup freshly ground white pepper •1/3 cup garlic powder •1/3 cup onion powder •2 1/2 tablespoons dried thyme (see Note) •2 1/2 tablespoons dried oregano •2 1/2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper •2 1/2 tablespoons cayenne pepper |
