Now for some real fun !

Leo, told me I was using the incorrect brush finish for bracelets, so I will now use the correct BERGEON 2834-C. Just need a couple sugar free scoops vanilla and a slice of sugar free strawberry rhubarb encouragement before we begin !

Thanks,
Randy

Wow, this is getting serious. I really wish you had taken some before and after shots of the head so why not humor us on the bracelet project?

So anyways, Leo, "Thanks" for showing me "the way" !
Clearly, the brighter finish was the BERGEON 2834-C...

You're on a roll my friend.

Isn't it an easy tool to work with?

Randy, what's the end of the tool made from?....could you give us a close up shot of the tool....maybe even an "action" shot showing how it works, I am very intrigued and also keen to see......I could do with one of those to be honest.....

I took the tip off to show the length of the brush.
Its fiberglass I guess.
I got this one from Natl Jewelers Supplies, just Google em.
It was 18.90 w/shipping.

then here, we see that I mask off a section at a time then simply brush beginning at one end and continuing to the end. I may try a guide of sorts to keep better stroke pattern, let me improvise something and shoot that...

then here I have some .25 inch think pieces of wood to support a "guide" for the brush to ride against to help control the stroke pattern. If you have a better idea for this, please speak up.
The one thing that I would prefer is some sort of jig that exposed more of the inside radius; so a more rounded surface for the strap to lay against, is what I am trying to say...

Try to tilt the pen a little bit more Randy and don't do long strokes.

Do one link at a time with short strokes.

Ok, so here's what it looks like with "short individual link strokes"...
