The old Rolex I found

Hello,

I'm a new member and I thought this is the best place to post this.

I'm not an expert in watches but I found a watch that my grandmother had(she died 16 years ago).

On the front side, there are 19 "diamonds", 1 is missing. It says Rolex and Quartz.
On the back, it says ROLEX of Geneva.

Here are some pictures. What I'm wondering is, can anyone tell me something about this watch ? I find it interesting since I found it 16 years after my grandmother died.

Thank you!

Please, I'm sure there is someone that knows something about it..

Like when was it made ? How much can it be sold for and stuff.
It's really important for me right now. Thanks.

Hi and welcome to TRF.

I am not an expert in vintage ladies Rolex. I am sorry but this does not look like a Rolex to me. I could be wrong, others please chime in here.

Your local AD will authenticate for you, but I would not get my hopes up.

X2, This does not even resemble anything from the Cellini range, I'm afraid its either a total fake or that dial has been redone to show Rolex :-(

Thank you for the comments. I did not expect that, but better knowing this than nothing.
