ghetto-tastic Rolex

Hey guys

We are just laying out a monthly newsletter for one of our clients, and I saw this little story... I couldn't resist sharing with you all, so if anyone here needs a "ghetto-tastic" Rolex, let me know

Seriously, what's a two-tone "proceeds-of-crime" datejust worth?
Maybe just bad karma?

If stolen, I assume the original owner has been traced and found, was already compensated by insurance company, so this is just the insurance company trying to get some money back... so maybe they will have a low reserve? Alternatively, could have been legitimately bought by the bad guys, but with illegitimate money?

Gold chain is 300 grams = 10.5 ounces

gold approx US$1,000 ounce

10.5 x $1,100+ = $11.5K+ for that gold chain in SCRAP value

PS. I just re-read it carefully, and one of the assets they sold was a "marijuana farm"... I wonder if they sold that as a "going concern"?
