Two years ago I bought one Air KING, in a used watch store, the watchmaker just POLISHED lugs for make it look new. Moron...I should show him this topik.

About what has been done :
Where do you find those blades ? Never seen such in Europe.
Is the glass to be put back with a gasket or not on this type of watch ?
In case yes, and more generaly where goes the gasket ?
