DateJust Date change question

I was looking at a vintage 1976 DJ. The person selling it told me the date flips about 1 hour prior to midnight every night and when I adjusted the time the date did flip at 11:00pm. what does this mean and is it something that can be fixed?

Wow. No answer after 3 months? Yes it can be fixed by a competent watchmaker that services Rolex watches. It means that whoever serviced the watch previously did not take the time to do it right.

Did you buy the DJ?
