Can you flip the dial of PAM 000 or 112 and make it a left crown?
I am wondering if you can flip the dial of PAM 000 or 112 to make it a left crown without irreversible side effect?

I don't believe the feet are symmetical that mount to the movement. You'd have to cut off the feet on the dial and apply the dial via tap, glue, etc.
I wouldn't risk soldering or welding the feet as you could damage the front of the dial.
