Panerai watch bands

Ok seeing as "crazy horse bands" are stalled for the moment I have been looking at what is available.

Has anyone purchased are seen the "HKTAN" product advertised on the paneristi site.

Aaron Tan is located in Hong Kong and while I haven't seen one of his straps, i have heard very good things about his products. The only complaint I heard was that his straps were thicker than expected... but I don't see that as a bad thing personally... unless you want to use a deployant.

he can make anything in just about any colour or hide. he can be a little hard to get ahold of and production time varies but is minimum two weeks before shipping, but he does email you pix of your strap before shipping to ensure you'll be happy with them.

Good prices, good quality, from what I understand.

HKTAN straps are really nice quality and wear well. I have a few OEM looking straps for a radiomir. Fast shipping, and priced below average too.

Hey John two weeks isn't too bad considering I'm well over 2 months waiting for a Greg strap.

That's amazing you've had to wait that long, but once Greg went back online for accepting orders, he got massively flooded. It's his side gig, but then again he no longer makes them himself, so.... don't know about the delay.

Now I feel badly about getting mine in less than two weeks... well just a little.

I have bought many straps from Aaron. Great quality, decent prices and he will custom make just about anything you want. I like the fact that he can custom make a strap down to OEM specs. Here is the last strap I ordered from Aaron...medium brown buffalo with beige stitching. And I have one on order...vintage tan.

Very nice!

I went ahead and placed an order for 3 bands. I figure if I need to wait I will make it worth my while (and his ;)).
