16613 Blue Gold Sub New Unworn
Has anyone dealt with davincifinejewlery or davinciwatches on ebay? They are currently running four buy it now/best offer auctions for new unworn blue gold subs. I was just recently disappointed at a AD that would not discount a 16613 sub even though I had bought three Rolex watches from them. They said they have become a collectors item and worth a premium.

Based on his feedback I'd think he's legit. Always pay with credit card thru paypal and you'll be covered.

I gave a low but reasonable offer on one of the watches and they countered at $50.00 off the buy it now price, and said call for a better price. It sounds like they want to deal off ebay and circumvent the ebay fees and paypal fees.

That would save them money and they could pass the savings on to you. I would still pay buy credit card though.

Thanks for the replies. I googled the name and came up with a web site www.davinciwatces.com in Atlanta, GA.

This morning I went to a couple of ADs one in Fairfield, CT and another in Trumbull,CT. The Fairfield AD had a great selection but no gold and steel subs. The AD at the mall in Trumbull had just a hand full of watches. I asked where are all the Rolexes and gent pointed to a showcase with a blanket covering it and said in there until last night. They had a smash and grab and got cleaned out. On the ride home I tossed around the idea of buying on line at davinciwatches.com $7700.00 for a possible scam or $9300.00 at my original AD. I went back to my AD in West Hartford for a last look at the Sub. I talked to a different guy and asked for the rock bottom OTD price he said 9300.00 plus tax. Why am I not getting a discount? Anyway after a couple of phone calls to the Rolex Gods he came back with a post it note with a number. I said OTD? One more call to the Rolex Gods, SUCCESS. Eight grand OTD and a free extra link for my fat wrist. This is me smiling. This is a great site thanks for the advice and the welcome.
