more through the AD?

Will the AD charge me extra for having them send in my watch for service vs. sending it in myself?

Anyone have any experience with this?

Some add shipping to the total and others don't. Some also add a surcharge.. It's best to get all the numbers up front........

Keith call rsc Dallas and they will send you prelabelled packaging. Mine is there now, the told me 4 to 6 weeks.

I chose Dallas over NYC given the feedback I read.

IMO you're better off sending it in yourself.

Unless you live in NY, Dallas, or SFO where you can just walk in and hand it over.
