Love the face, but what is the bezel for?
It is pretty goofy to have a 12-hour bezel and a 45-minute sub-dial.

Aren't soccer games 45 minutes by half, I'm assuming that's what the 45 minute timer is for.

Do I have to go outside the US to get a tudor watch? Also, is there a published price list somewhere?

Tudor is not sold in the US and there is no US Price List.

However, realize it is not a chronograph movement. Info concerning from a blog: http://precisiontime.blogspot.com/20...ge-chrono.html

The fly in the ointment. Tudor does not make its own movements. So we were hoping to see a heavily modified tried and tested ETA Valjoux 7750 movement in this watch. Instead we get a ETA 2892 non-chronograph movement with a Dubois-dépraz 2054 module (which is an additional plate where the chrono parts are found). This will make the watch pretty difficult to service. For those considering long terms ownership, look elsewhere. As a counterpoint, it is a Tudor to be sold at a Tudor price. It is not a Rolex, which means Rolex pricing.
As a follow-up, I saw my watchmaker today and we were discussing among other things the Dubois-dépraz 2054 module. He went to a two-week class on the module. The fixture required to work on this module is difficult to obtain as the manufacture’s policy is the module should be returned to the factory for service where they essentially exchange the module. My watchmaker’s take was the module worked well, but the design from a maintenance perspective was weak if it is so quirky that it can’t be maintained by a competent watchmaker. So expect a bit of a hassle every eight years or so when it needs to be service. However, nothing insurmountable.

Itsa "dealbreaker" imo as well, sad, for such a nice "face," but then again the "Rolex pricing," doesnt help the marque either...

My watchmaker says it's worse than that. The module requires a special tool [no problem for Rolex though] and he won't even work on them.
Plus, the chrono gears are always moving [not the correct technical jargon but you get the idea] even when the chrono function is not used and this will wear out the base movement faster than normal.
I don't want to rain on anybodies parade but every watch expert I've talked to is disappointed with the choice of movement.
Having said that, it's a stunning, handsome reference that will sell like crazy. Not a daily wearer but a great addition to any collection.

Yes, the Tudor Heritage is in production. David SW has some for sale right here on TRF.
