DJII YG/SS or WG/SS?

Noob question..

Why's that the YG/SS combination is more expensive than WG/SS for DJII? . Also, WG/SS is already cheaper than YG/SS combo, but comes with WG bezel..

Here's the thing, I've decided that DJ II would be my next watch and I can't decide between 333 and 334. I like 334 better since it's more subtle just like I want it, but 334 doesn't come with the pure black dial/roman or pure black dial/arabic.

Well. 333 is more expensive and eye-catching due to the TT style, but it has the face options that I want. Plus, the more I found new pictures of the TT, the more I'm leaning towads the TT.

Hope to see some opinions here. THX

Nick.

depends on what you like at the end of the day - the beauty with the DJ/DJII is that you can do a dial change quite easily, provide you can get your hands on one you like.

so you can get a WG/SS version and look for a dial which was originally for the YG/SS.. pretty simple really

here isd a pic of my TT (333) - i love it, especially the green outlined roman numeral

Both good choices. I like the YG/SS. Here is mine with the outlined black romans.

Hello Nick and welcome to TRF
The Yellow Gold/Steel has way more gold then the White gold and Steel.
Here is where you got it mixed up...On the White gold and steel, the bezel is the only white gold part on the watch VS the 2tone has the band in 2tone and has the crown in gold and the bezel...so more $$$ for more gold
The YG/SS retails for $9525
and the WG/SS retails for $7525
I hope that explained it

Yep, White gold is generally only on the Bezel on DJ and DJII.
or All white gold for some other models.
I wish they made a DJ II with 18K RG and SS.

I kind of knew all along that the 334 has less gold, but then after seeing a few pictures of 334s, the middle part of the bracelet really looked like white gold since it has different color/reflection compared to the other parts of the bracelet.

Thanks for the information tho

Looking good

I don't think I would be brave enough to change the dial myself and I'll try avoid that option for sure. I

I can't never tell the color of this dial. Is it black grey-ish color? I would love to more pictures if you have more.

I did find a DJII pictures thread, but not so many pictures of this dial.

Thanks.

The center links are polished stainless steel, and the outside links are brushed stainless steel, that's why they look different.

oh no, the dial change will have to be carried out by a certified watchmaker or at a RSC

Nick, here is another picture - not sure it is any better. The dial is not jet black but more like a very dark slate.
