Feedback on dealer
Hi everyone,
after having read a lot of the postings on this site, I now feel I have gathered the info I need to decide on which Rolex model that suits me the best. I must say how impressed I am by the level of knowledge so many of you have! Now I need to decide on where to buy from. This is a site which I have checked a bit around and am thinking of buying from. Does anyone of you have any experience from them? http://www.first-swiss-luxury-watches.com/ Thanks in advance! /Toby |

Welcome swerolex :)
The e-shop only gives a telephone number and a post office box, which is not very confidence inspiring. If something goes wrong you are dealing with a post office box. The seller is not an authorised Rolex dealer. The seller doesn't even depict a number of the popular Rolex models. The prices (going by the Green Sub) do not seem to be particularly attractive, given that you are not buying from an authorised dealer so you are basically buying a used watch. Remember, the first rule is to have confidence in the seller, and secondly to consider the watch. Although the seller may be genuine, buying from an authorised dealer, especially if it is your first Rolex, may be cheaper and more satisfying than dealing with someone on the end of a telephone line in another country. Good Luck |

Welcome swerolux!
I don't know anything abou the site you posted, but I checked it out. I thought the price on the LV was kind of high, you can get those from an AD at list with just a little bit of leg work. I also didn't like that alot of the rolex models they posted as having for sale had no accompanying info, price, or picture. Also, are you sure you're not trying to promote the site? You didn't mention the model you chose or any other details... Basically, your first post seems a little fishy to me but I don't want to judge too hastily. Good luck with your purchase, either way! |
