Is This Really A "Wrist" Watch?

I recently found a type of wrist watches (http://www.tinydeal.com/mobile-phone...k-c-54_74.html) that are also used as cellphones. I like the shapes. But I wondered if they are in the sizes of real wrist watches or much bigger, because there is object of reference on the photo. Besides, if the watch can really be roped to your wrist, would the display be too small? By the way, where are their batteries and Sim cards are inserted?
