new Explorer pic

very bright cold autumn day in Manchester ..... nice enough to have a tour of AD windows.... here is a shot of the Explorer 1 in 36mm and 39mm in stock. Apologies for poor quality and glare, but taken on Blackberry.

this is at Robinsons St Anns Square and they also had SS SubC in stock which is first I have seen in the window in the Uk. Interestingly they had an empty watch stand next to it with the price tag of £5,050 which I believe is UK price for the green SubC so assume someone was trying it on !

the tags for the Exps are inconsistent, one is £3640 and the other is £3680

their duty free price for the 39mm EXP I was US$6245 while the smaller version is US$5240

the left one for 3640 is the older type ...at least it looks like so.....that means a 20.- difference?
