Just last Saturday, a friend of Don's (sub2004) got over 50% off on a brand new Omega SMP from a local AD.

On Breitlings, 40% off is so damn common....makes you wonder what the real hit on these watches actually is!!

I agree! But, I sure love Breitlings flagship model Windrider Chronomat Evolution. And, the rose gold with a black croco band and matching divers clasp is really calling out to me.

A difficult question to answer to now, Robert, cause our Dollar is very, very strong.

Today one NZ Dollar = 75 US cents. So if the Kiwi dollar is translated into the US Dollar, only high figures will come up.

For example: My TT Blue Sub which I bought in Dec. 06, cost me the equivalent of US$5800 at the time.

Today if you translate what I paid then @ today's rate, it would come up to US$6400.

I have been told that 30% off Omega is not uncommon. But with that said I have not been seriously in the market for one so can'y verify that.

But just the same have heard that % discount from a few people now.
