Ferrero antique wrist watch.

I have a chance at buying a antique ferrero
Watch from a shop in town, it's engraved happy retirement with the date 1913 . It's functional to about -5 minutes a day. Wondeing if you guys could tell me more about the brand and how rare these watches are. I searched the Internet but came up with nothing, now it's time to ask the experts. Thanks fellas
