I just inspected a Ref 6565 that had been restamped inside the caseback as a 6567. In 14K yellow gold, decent condition on a leather strap. Only reason why I didn't purchase it was the case had been polished between the lugs and they removed all of the serial & reference numbers. Under my high-powered loupe I was able to make out the top of the serial, but still turned it down. It was a 1947 model. After reviewing the auction prices on this particular model in 14k, I wouldn't expect anything over $2500. The 18K have sold for me.
