Bracelet gmt 2
Hi guys help needed. just noticed on my gmt 2 16710 f series. that i bought second hand last year in uk. there is no numbers stamped on the inside of bracelet links. clasp has numbers 78790A CL 12 . which i looked up in ref/lib CL seems to fit 2004. a bit worried about bracelet any help please.

My 16710 is an A89**** serial. Lug holes w/ SEL bracelet.
AB4 date code (April 2000) on the clasp hinge also with 78790A stamp. On both ends, the links before the SEL's, stamped with 78790A. |

Moved from the Reference Library.
There is no need for worry.. Rolex stopped putting any numbers on the links around the Y/F timeframe, and stamps them on the ends of the end-link on SEL bracelets now.. Your F watch and CL12 clasp code would indicate that the watch was probably in the Dealer in about 2005 or so, which is accurate...

Thanks for replys. when you say that the stamps are on the end of the SELS. does that mean that you would have to remove bracelet to see them ?sorry to ask but was concerned that there was nothing visable
