IT depends on how important the Rolex experience is to you. I bought my GMT from an AD and got all the whole works, i.e. the white gloves, the champagne, the flattery etc. All of which I loved. The second Rolex I bought, my DateJust, I went through DavidSW on here as I didn't really need all the fanfare. If you don't mind paying a little more and really want the whole treatment, go to an AD. IF you want to really impress someone, take them along too!
