Oris acquisitions
Here's a few Oris I've picked up in the past month- to say I'm impressed with the build quality vis-a-vis price would be an understatement! Great watches for the $$...

As long as you do not need to utilize your warranty they are nice looking watches.
Customer service is a NIGHTMARE! They sent my watch back with more problems that it went it with on top of the mechanical issues they nicked the bezel and took a chunk out of the backside of a lug. When I asked them about this they said it could not have been them... Luckily I had pics of the watch as it was being packed to send into them and after 3 weeks of phone calls and complaining up the food chain I got the watch back and running but the lug still looks like crap.... I wanted a new watch, they wanted to polish out the chunk which would have made the lug too thin in my mind so I had it fixed, bezel replaced and sold it at a horrid loss but I was done with it thankfully.

Jeremy, what a horrid experience. I was just contemplating one of their dressier watch, was looking at a RG one, since price wise, its more reasonable. Thinking twice about it now, how was the movement?

I thought they were good watches, they have nice designs.
I was actually having trouble with accuracy and my PR though. Accuracy was really all over the place. I usually can find a positive in every brand but short of cosmetics I am sorry my experience with them ruined it for me.... I must admit if customer service was not so rude, unhelpful and arrogant I think I would have chalked it up to a nightmare watch and gotten another one to give them another try but they had the attitude they were doing me a favor even talking to me. I hope others can post more positive experiences
