My 1st Rolex!

Well, i finally decided it was time to purchase my first rolex! Did my research, and came up with the milgauss black dial! I liked the 40mm size, and smooth flat bezel. The GV black dial seemed a little more "busy" than I wanted and I like the simple and clean look of the plain black dial, not to mention, the plan black dial was much cheaper! Anyhow, it is getting addicting and I am already eyeing my second Rolex. I never knew watches could be so addicting. BTW, thanks to the forums for helping my research and to DavidSW for the super smooth transaction!

Paul

Thanks for the warm welcome and comments. Now debating about an explorer II with white dial or wait until the new one is released. Decisions, decisions....

Wait for the new one...
I think it will look great being a bit bigger and with the cool retro GMT hand.

Congrats on your new Milgauss.

Sounds like you did the right research and got the model that fit well and really "spoke" to you. Now it's only a matter of time before you decide you need another one....
