SS vs TT?

I recently purchased a SS GMT IIc. I have worn it everyday for the past three months. I wish I had purchased the TT version. Is there any GMT IIc TT owners that wish that they had purchased the SS version?

This is killing me. How do I tell my wife I need TWO of the same watch just different color (putting it in her language).

The challenge is once you convince her to let you get the two tone to convince her to get the solid gold GMT

When I bought my TT datejust, I didn't wish I had gotten the SS version. And now that I'm wearing my SS oysterdate, I dont feel like going out to get a TT. however, I have been itching to get the WG Daytona (finance permitting)

Ask if she wouldn't get the same pair of shoes in different colors.

Just make sure the dog will let you in before you ask.

I'm thinking of buying the SS model.
I will be keeping the TT.

It's the one I keep clipping on.

I think one or the other. You will end up wearing one more and wish you had something completly different. Just my experience.

OP:

The exact same thing happened to me. I debated between the two, went with the SS in large part because so many people on this forum favored the SS. Should've gone with my gut.

SOOO . . .

Ended up selling the SS and getting the TT GMTIIC. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! I honestly believe it's the most aesthetically perfect Rolex ever made. I wear it with everything and love it.

Good luck.

Dear wife (or insert a more appropriate name here)...

i NEED another Rolex that looks almost like the one i got recently. i think the gold colour on the new one will match better with most of your handbags and rings and ear rings

(good luck )
