The 600 bucks at the RSC includes the typical parts that are known to wear over time.. rotor axle, pallet and worn wheels etc...

You can get an independent to do it for less, but usually they do not replace any parts unless they are actually broken...

However, if the only issue is that it is "running slow", it may only need a regulation.. Probably about 50 bucks at any decent watchmaker..
