If that is the Monte Carlo Gold, that is the one I am trying to order. I think it may have been one of your PICs possibly that convince me to order it. Looks Great Marc.

@Dan- It is NOT the Monte Carlo gold...I think My guy at Panerai said it was called "vintage calf". I love it, you should totally get one.Have you tried the NYC Panerai Boutique? (212)223-1562 ask for Alex! They may have the Monte Carlo you want, too!

@Top: I like the 111 because it has the seconds sub-dial.

Not the LM Marc mate.....
Chris (The GMT master) did me a great pre-price increase deal on a new 'old style' 45.5mm (orange bezel) before they bring out the new style....
I want a decent (& sub-£4/5k!) watch to wear for work & I don't fancy any ceramic bezels chances of surviving the skip-yard!

& the ExpyII was my first ever Rolex so I'm kinda hoping to rekindle old passions....

I wondered if it might be different, you did include vintage and not Monte Carloe. I have been trying to get the one I want from the AD I got the watch for, it just seems they are taking a long time to tell how much it would cost. It's been a week, I didn't think it would take this long.

Anyway thanks for the clarification and the number, I just may go elsewhere if my AD can't produce soon.

Thanks Marc,

Dan

Thankoo, Rob!
When you get a PAM, I'll give it to you! How's that for incentive to join the darkside?

Strap looks great Marc!! Love the look - that's what is so fantastic about Panerai.....you can completely change the look and feel of a watch with a quick change.
