You're starting off fine... There is a wide range of "4 hand" watches that give you plenty of latitude, diversity, and collector enjoyment..

Here are some of my 4 hand watches... (I've even got some Ulysse Nardin GMT/dual time watches that do it with only 3 hands, but an extra wheel window)
